Drafted by Moncton in the Q draft in the 5th round. I thought that he was the least likely to show out of Wahlstrom, Wise or Himself but it seems like Moncton thinks there is a chance he comes. Apparently family friends with Garland's family so that likely have them a little comfort picking him. Obviously it's likely he doesn't report but thought that was interesting as Garland would have nothing but great things to say about Moncton, he basically ran the show there.

I think what Moncton hopes for is a Garland situation where he goes to the USHL for half a year and doesn't like it and then reports to Moncton. They'd probably give him first line ice time since they are rebuilding.
