Jose Tiilikainen is fine, but the u14 level isn't very strong and people routinely play there as underagers. There are like 7 different divisions and scoring's tough to compare. Tiilikainen's 55 points in 30 games last season are fine, but Akkanen for example scored 91 points in 29 games, also as an underager. Then again, the divisions and opposition are different, so how do we compare them?
At this point, I really don't see anything that would make Tiilikainen stand out especially much. Generally, it seems like a good idea to wait until the u-16s if a player is only playing as an underager, but even ones playing as double underagers aren't necessarily even first round talents.
So, he could be a fine prospect, but I don't think that he stands out all that much, at least in terms of scoring in relation to peers.
As for "WHC U14" keep in mind that that was just the Kiekko-Espoo team playing. There are plenty of other teams in Finland as well, whose players didn't get any such opportunity. I wouldn't think much of scoring in a minor event like this, and calling it "WHC U14" is pretty funny.
