Saw this Canadian (was surprised to see he was Canadian, thought Swedish with the last name haha) forward listed as a notable prospect for next year's draft. Can someone tell me more about him?

Very quietly putting up a solid season. Speedy centre, developed a shooter mentality this year. A riser that is sneaking into the 1st round.

Vegas got a good one here, feels like the type of player you win with. Smart, competitive, dependable, and underrated offensively. I've watched a fair amount of Thunderbirds games this year, and I think low key Gustafson is one of Seattle's most important players. He's missed a fair share of games from injury, but always seems to make an impact when he returns. If he were utilized in a more offensive role he'd be well over a point per game player in the WHL.

I see a lot of Mikael Backlund in his game.
