BD : April 16th 2006 | Nationality : Swiss/Canada
Son of former hockey player, Canadian Jordan, Forget* (Currently Swiss nationality)

Probably a random prospect, who will not become anything special at this point but yeah..
shame on me, or congratulate me in few years ...lol

According to Eliteprospects, has 6 goals for the U17 Lausanne team this season,
but i couldn't find that team from sihf.ch, there is no Lausanne
team playing for U17-Top, nor U17-A league, i couldn't find U17-Elite league

* Shawinigan Cataractes star player - 350 points in 208 games; 98-02
NLB : 378+500=878 (603 games) | 73+104=177 (141 games)

His father name is Dominic, not Jordan.

As for the team, here you go: U-15 Elites – Lausanne HC – Mouvemement junior

He's listed on the U15-Elite team.

I know it's all fun for the puns and all, but his name is not pronounce as you pronouce the word "forget" in English. The closest I could try to spell it out is For-jet for For-jae depending on how he pronounces it; some people pronouce the "t" at the end and others don't. It's actually a fairly commons French Canadian last name. Anyway, just saying for people interested in knowing. Back to puns now :)

Sadly a victim of whatever bug the Swiss under 17 squad caught ahead of their home tournament. Forget is one of nine guys listed as sick and has yet to play. Too bad because I think he could have dominated the tournament. However, the Swiss had the day off yesterday so we still might see Forget today or tomorrow though probably not in ideal shape.

Currently, together with Reber, a tier above the rest of the Swiss 06 forward group so he's a legit prospect. Should he have a good start in the CHL I think he'll have a shot to make the Swiss WJC20 roster. As I mentioned in a different thread, I could see him do well for Victoriaville because he won't count towards their import slots which is a huge advantage over his fellow Swiss prospects. Thanks to his father (or parents, I don't know), Forget does have Canadian citizenship even though he never lived there and doesn't represent them internationally.

Switzerland's top scorer from the Hlinka Gretzky is taking part in Shawinigans camp. Probably means he's gonna make his move and play CHL this season.

This is confusing though. He was initially drafted by Victoriaville. Did they renounce or trade him? Otherwise Forget couldn't just play for Shawinigan, right?

Ok. So apparently he indeed got traded to Shawinigan. Not necessarily a bad thing as he could play with Braillard.

Kid must be beyond excited to be able to play with Braillard and for the team his dad played for many moons ago. Forget is gonna be a good one for Shawinigan.
