Slumping recently?

He's not getting the points with just 1 in the last 9 games but they aren't playing him much, in those 9 games he's been over 10 mins just 3 times. His ave PP TOI this season is 0:33 and he's barely seen the PP in the last month since the rumors of him refusing to re-sign (where for the next 6 games to got between 3 to 7 mins per game total) so clearly they are sending some message to him.

If you watch the vids I post, it shows he is very impressive out there, needs to be more explosive and add a decent amount of speed and strength. Very exciting player to watch though if you look at body language, he doesn't seem to be having such a great time out there. They called up his brother (undrafted FA), he played in 1 game for less then 2 mins and I don't know if he's played anywhere since (he was among the top goal scorers in the VHL last time I checked) so I don't know what's going on with the Demidov's but I'm not the least bit worried. In May he'll be able to leave and then we'll see what the Habs have planned for him.

The kids character is what really doesn't make me worry about the whole ice time fiasco going on. He will have a massive chip on his shoulder when he gets here. he's already a very highly motivated kid and has been squeezing alot out of his low minutes

Are you alluding to him not being the cream because he hasn't produced recently with little ice time?
I’m saying talent will overcome whatever limitations that are presented this season . He’s a great great prospect . I’m just quoting Macho Man Randy Savage ; he knew what he was talking about . Oh Yah

When you play on Rotenberg team, no typical hockey rules or laws work so it's very hard to project anything or make any implications.

Vancouver fans call Tyler Myers Chaos Giraffe, because he looks like giraffe, and nobody knows what will happen when he has to make a play. If we continue the analogy, Rotenberg won't obviously be giraffe, he's a god of chaos, hockey coach variant...

Yeah, I'm not even sure it's because of the contract. It's because SKA have a Rotenberg as a coach.
He didn't play Michkov, despite him being signed for a lot of next years, for example.

The way he juggle goalies season after season is even more embarassing.

This is 100% true, Rotenberg's actions defy any logic, he may simply not want to develop Demidov for Montreal and not let him play, so there is nothing surprising.

Rotenberg's knowledge of hockey is zero. Compare to Larionov at Novgorod. Still teaching the kids the Red Machine style.
