This kid has insane stats in Bulgaria. I'm wondering if he will play somewhere else going forward, looks like he could be something.

@GermanSpitfire Have you ever heard of him?

Nope. But you’re definitely putting him on my radar. even in D3 U20, a kid his age producing is eye opening. If he has any chance at making it, he’s going to want to get out of Bulgaria though. I’ll be exited to track this kid going forward.

Should move to the Slovak or Czech juniors. He won't learn anything more by staying in Bulgaria. Would be nice to see a decent player from there.

The U20 selection which is dominated by players aged 15-16.

It goes in the trend of an emergence of the countries of Eastern Europe in the European circuits.

Nino Tomov will have a beautiful professional career.

Stats were insane because there was no hockey in Bulgaria. In Germany stats aren't that insane, and if he came to, say, Russia not sure he would make an MHL team's roster.

His main problem is that it's a bit late to make the move to a decent junior league at 16. Not the same as for example Israel's star Zitserman (also #6) who comes from Canadian junior hockey. But he has the talent to keep climbing that ladder towards pro hockey, whether it's eventually DEL2 or something greater.
