The weirdest video was that of some Asian guy wearing Washington Capitals merch and cooking risotto. Very awkward stirring technique and made several creepy stares at the camera. Got especially weird when he did a stare while sharpening his knife with the most inefficient technique ever... Felt like he wanted to throw a chromosome at me.

And it gets better. At the end guy just throws hot dogs (pre cooked... With the bun) in the microwave to serve with (or in place of) his failed risotto.

When I typed in "Weird Youtube videos" into a YouTube search I got a bunch of bullshit reaction and other nonsense videos. So you might be the "winner" here OP.

Not so much in the weird department, but I do remember a long time ago seeing about 5 minutes of home video that the Bjork stalker made before he committed suicide, which I believe he also filmed. That shit was disturbing.
