One of the best things about the regular season starting is that there will be fewer lists like this banging around.

The one pre season list I always enjoy reading is the "comeback player of the year?" list, because I enjoy seeing Latendresse's name on it every season.

I know the list is meaningless but on average, you'd expect of 30 teams that most would have 3 forwards int he top 100. We have 4 ;)

Well, your math is off, but say we use your logic, 9 other teams would have 4 top 100 forwards. Which wouldn't be all that spectacular at all.
