The decision to omit Johnson was even more difficult to understand considering 17-year-old Moorhead (Minn.) High School defender Brian Lee was rarely allowed to stray from Team USA's bench."

This sums it up.

Everyone knows Johnson should have been there. Lee was useless at the tournament.

This sums it up.

Still shaking my head on Johnson not being there
 
Seriously a projected no. 1 Defenceman is left off a roster, and you wonder WHY there's a lack of leadership!! If only there was more pride in past hockey success, there would have been a better turnout
