Always great to read Kings' staff takes on our prospects. Lots of good stuff in there, Sheng. Thanks. Though Leslie didn't play much to start the season, it seems that he has the potential to fill a role, if he maximizes his potential. In the vein of Marty?

Emerson on Zac Leslie:

Zac's finally getting in the rotation now. He's a dynamic player, he's quick. He provides offense. We don't have a lot of players like him, not only here, but even in our organization. If he can...not allow [the offensive emphasis] to affect us negatively, then he can be a real asset. We're going to continue to work on him to play his position, to play his side of the ice...everything should go from there.

Also, they have higher expectations of Dowd than I had coming into this season.

That would probably be his ceiling. Filling a McBain/Randy Jones-type of role certainly in play too.
