the official appearing to look right at it, was in all liklehood from seeing the contact. He may have seen the biginning of the arm movement but I would bet every penny of my V-cash this was a "miss" rather than a non-call. at least by near the official.

Don’t disagree. Imo refs game manage but if they see a head shot, like this, they call it.
Can linesmen call these types of hits at the first stoppage in play?
