Didn't see this posted anywhere, but figured it deserved its own thread anyway.

Split squad scrimmage.

Turcotte is on team red

Thomas, Madden, Dudas on team blue. Ingham in goal for Blue.

I don't speak German, but the guys talking don't seem to be doing play-by-play anyway, and none of the players are wearing numbers so its a bit difficult to pick the guys out. Looks like the teams are rolling with 3 lines each. Thomas is the easiest to spot given the dark complexion and he tucks the back of his jersey in. I believe that Dudas is on his RW as he appears to be the smallest guy out there. In the 2nd half Dudas takes some faceoffs and Thomas moves to the RW. I believe Madden is the LW on that line. Turcotte is Centering the first line for Red with Lukas Reichel on his line (queue pick #35 speculation), I believe he's taking the opening faceoff.

At 25 minutes the guys switch to English to talk to any potential Kings fans who may be tuning in. There's two games this weekend that our guys will be apart of.

Red scores at 11 minutes, Ingham stops a penalty shot shortly after, Red scores again at 28 minutes, 30 minutes, and again at 40 minutes. I don't believe Turcotte was on the ice for any of the Red goals.

Akil Thomas scores at 36 minutes (Dudas hadn't come on the ice yet). Blue scores again at 45 minutes with the goalie pulled, Thomas Assisted (Dudas on the ice but not involved in the goal, don't know if it was Madden or the extra skater who scored, will have to watch again).

4-2 red final by my count.

It took me a while to pick all the players out, so I may have missed some good plays or may be wrong on some of the above so I'm interested in what the rest of you notice.

Looks like the tournament is on hold or canceled.

The polar bears Berlin had to cancel their participation in the "So geht sächsisch.-Cup" in Dresden at short notice. The reason for this decision is a positive coronavirus finding case in the vicinity of the professional squad of the Berliners. As a precaution, the entire team incl. Trainers and caregivers stay in domestic quarantine until tests carried out on them have negative results, the further procedure is then carried out in consultation with the responsible health office.
Peter John Lee, managing director of the polar bears: "At the first moment, of course, the finding was a shock. However, this also shows that it is right and important to carry out these tests. The positively tested person is fine, he shows no symptoms, but will remain in quarantine for the next 14 days. We are very sorry that we had to cancel the tournament in Dresden at such short notice, but the health of everyone always comes first, of course. We thank the health authorities, Dr. Kainzinger and Prof. Dr. med. Wolfarth for the excellent support.”
