What does this mean?

(Just feel like learning)

It's a celebration to commemorate the end of the month of Ramadan for Muslims which is one of the holiest (if not the holiest?) month in the Islamic Calendar.

Is this the month (or some time during) that muslims fast ? Wonder if Kadri is doing so.. know he had blessings to not do so in the past.

It changes every year. Yesterday was the last day of fasting for most Muslims. And I sincerely hope Kadri isn't participating.
