2nd, 4th, Wanner, LaChance for a middle six forward who I don't think does a lot for us. If he sticks at C then it means Henrique is banished to the fourth line, but I am guessing they'll try him as a McDrai winger first.

Still need a goalie. Still need a D. Now have less assets to acquire both those things.

Feels like a high price to me. Trent Frederic is one of those guys that was gonna be an overpayment regardless of who made the move, though. He isn’t a ‘great’ player but GMs love his game. I don’t think this would be my move, but if we trade Kane out this might help fill that vacuum.

Max Jones is an NHL tweener with some size and grit, they wanted more of that, Hauser is a 2022 5th round pick from Czechia who's huge, but not doing much there, so it will be interesting to see if they try to bring him over at all.

He is the kind of guy you "win' with in the playoffs. Tampa traded a 1st for Barclay Goodrow and it was great!

This is how you judge this move:
If we add a winger for Leon and ship out Arvy it's great. = A+
If this is our winger for Leon or this is our only add it's awful. = C

If this is our middle six forward its a bit of a dud deadline, but if we add someone else then Frederic would be a sweet add to the bottom 6.

You guys will love him. Dont judge him on this season, he's being dragged down by the crapfest that is the Bruins right now. Big kid, has an edge and scores skill and dirty work goals. He's going to flourish with the linemate upgrades he'll get in Edmonton
