Rationale:
Oilers get a scoring, second line winger who has shown chemistry with Draisaitl, plus cap space.

Blackhawks get a physical, middle 6 winger with some scoring touch with the thought and idea that Kane can help alleviate some of the physicality that Bedard takes. Kane's deal expires before Bedard's next contract kicks in. With only 4 def signed, Ceci can come in and play bottom pair minutes and be dealt at the deadline with retention for a mid-round pick.
