He tries to get in other players heads but usually just gets in his own, he also is completely useless if you're playing Florida because he has some weird childhood beef with Matthew Tkachuk and just chases him around all night. But he has the tools to be Sam Bennett lite in terms of play style imo so maybe he can get back on track.

I think the rule is just about buying out players on IR. LTIR players get traded all the time. See Shea Weber
