The relentless forechecking ability never goes out of fashion.
e.g. 2007 Ducks' Niedermeyer-Påhlsson-Moen was a pain to play against and they were only couple of points away from the top scorers on that team during their playoff run.

Sergei Bobrovsky inexplicably obtaining an NHL starting job for 5 consecutive years is up there with trading Crouse for cap space when they just could have LTIRed Bolland in things I'd like to know that I will never get an answer to. Granted, the Crouse thing was probably because we had an HF boarder running the team that year so this is even more hard to explain. Tonight we get to watch one of the worst all time lace them up.

And before you say in b4 shutout, the only way this guy gets a shutout is if Florida plays an excellent smothering game, because if Toronto gets more than 3 high danger chances they're scoring. He's incapable of playing well.

This probably reads as me being a hater but I have absolutely nothing against him, just the fact that maybe the 134th best goalie in the world is somehow ingrained as a starter defies logic and I want answers.
