I have a real short leash on Thompson tonight after that performance in game 3, he allows 2 bad ones early he needs to be out.

Huge poll problem .. no all of the above

The Canes are -275 lol, Vegas has had like no respect for WSH at all this series
I’m a Caps fan but I get it, the Canes have been unbelievable at home all year and just blanked the Caps last game. I’m not saying they’re definitely going to win, but I get why they’d be heavy favorites.

That being said, if the Caps can’t bring their best effort of the season tonight then they never had it in them to compete for the cup in the first place. They can’t have the thought of “if we lose the series isn’t over”, because I’d give them like, a 2% chance to win three in a row against the Canes including one on the road. The Caps need to pull out the win tonight and hold serve at home in game 5, then their chances are decent. It’s a lot to ask though.
