Looks like Florida fans surrounding and harassing leaf fans trying to leave the building to me. So tough when there are thousands of you and a few of them. Buddy was just trying to get the Florida fans out of their face and leave.

Then coked up Florida man comes from behind of course, then sucker punches a leaf fan which didn’t even phase him.

Shit looks bad on both fan bases whenever this happens, but sure as hell looks a lot worse on your loser fan base.

Really? I think the fans pouring into florida in droves while screeching about how much they hate the state but can't stop visiting is a worst look. I split life between sofla and DC on top of growing up in Sunrise and the snow birds are definitely the most entitled group down there not the locals.

All good. Emotions get high. We're heated. I was a bit of an ass. Guilty as charged.

The bottom line? No one is doing shit. It's a 2-2 series. It will probably be nasty and hard hitting, lots of bad blood, and these teams don't like each other. But it's now a best of 3. I don't think anyone is going to intentionally do something stupid and risk getting suspended. (asterisk beside Domi's name)

If there's any scores to settle, they will probably get settled next year. Too much on the line now.

Many of them aren't even visitors, but rather permanent residents. The sheer number of Toronto landlords collecting rent from their serfs while enjoying our great state full-time has really exploded.

Why on earth would he go after a plug like Domi? Toronto would love that trade off for 5 minute majors.
It’s a critical game 5 that could likely decide the series. I doubt we see any fights unless the score becomes lopsided.

Wait, I thought the whole Leafs fan argument is that the Domi hit was a response to all the cheapshots by the Panthers. But by your logic, those response hits should have been on Kulikov or Bennett. Why was Barkov targetted? He's never laid a dirty hit in his life... Oh that's right. Logic goes completely out the window when you are making up nonsense.

So allow Tkachuk to lower his quality of play to that of Domi rather than being a leader and going after the person that made the hit? Then again, Florida did cheap shot Hagel rather than settling things the old school way and dropping the gloves.
Makes perfect sense to me.

Hagel is a top 6 player for the Lightning. This isn't hard.

Yeah, I'm a Leafs fan and I have to agree 100%.

I don't think Toronto should try to play Florida's game. It won't work. They need to avoid getting dragged down into the petty stuff. With that said, I think they've been pretty consistent at sticking to their system, but during the last two games they were losing battles on parts of the ice where they've traditionally had some success. Florida took it up a gear. Toronto did not.

I'm hoping for a bit of a reset at home. This is the real test for what this team can do. All even, high stakes, best of three against a battle hardened and seasoned opponent.

It's amusing, year after year, and generally the same, um, "neutral" fans.

The ones with the most posts in these threads are usually fans of teams that aren't even playing right now.

When the Leafs win a game or two, they're nowhere to be found. Their internet connections must be down or something.
