This is a very good assesment but nobody will break the will of guys like Tanev McCabe and Carlo.....Florida might win the series but no way they intimidate those guys......
Won’t intimate them but Toronto’s top dmen being old and not very mobile is exactly what makes Florida lick their chops. Your best chance at beating Florida is to put them away fast. The longer the series goes on the more trouble Toronto’s D will be in. They’re being slowly grinded into dust.

So what you're saying is... all Muppets are puppets, but not all puppets are Muppets. Kermit is both! :P
Yes. Thank you for your query.
Infact, Jim Henson's decision to trademark "Muppets" was a strategic one that played a vital role in securing the franchise's long-term success and ensuring that the Muppets remained, for now, a beloved part of the entertainment world.

As you may know, most sporting teams have their own "mascots" which often have similarities to puppets, when in fact mascots are not just puppets, although they can share some similarities. A mascot can be a costume, a live animal, or even a person, while puppets are inanimate objects manipulated by a person. Mascots often represent a team or organization, and their purpose is to promote spirit and enthusiasm, whereas puppets can be used in entertainment or for storytelling.

It really is a bigger world than just Puppets and Muppets and for that, Jim Henson's work and mastery is recognized as the "God Father" of puppeteers.

Unfortunately the song, master of puppets by Metallica isn't about Jim Henson and about and according to James Hetfield, in an interview from 1988 he explained that Master of Puppets “deals pretty much with drugs. How things get switched around, instead of you controlling what you're taking and doing its drugs controlling you."

Now according to my brother. He says they're both about drugs. Muppets and Metallica's song. I don't understand the reference he's making.

Thanks for your comment/question and I hope this helped clarify things.

Kind regards

Biz, who's one of the biggest Leaf homers on the planet, had it right when he ripped the Leafs and especially Marner on the pod today. Guy is nowhere near a $12m player the way he avoids the dirty areas and hangs the D out to dry. Selke caliber my ass.

They also pointed out Florida finishes every check on the Toronto D, but Toronto's forwards almost never return the favor.

Rip that C of Matthews chest and staple it to Knies. What an embarrassment AM34 is too.

Leaf fans, stop whining about how "dirty" Florida is and start being louder about how charmin ultra soft your $45m 4 forwards are
I noticed on the Bennet goal, Nylander arrives just after Bennet completes his shot and Nylander kind of just gently grabs him a bit with his arm as he skates by and avoids him… like darn, I’m a quarter of a second too late, ah well…

If I’m a Maple Leaf and I see Bennet in front of the net who just shot the puck, I’m not even looking at the puck and try and hit him as hard as I can while he’s focused on his shot.

I noticed during the Sens series that the Leafs do a lot of flybys where there’s a great opportunity to lay a check on the opposite team but instead they just skate or curl around.

That guy is a moron, but don't worry because he will love the leafs again after game 5.

I still think Toronto takes this series. But either way, I think the winner of this series will trounce WSH or CAR and end up being the team to represent the East in the Cup Final.
If Toronto is complaining so much about how mean the Panthers are, wait until you meet the Caps.

Let’s be reasonable. While I can only speak for myself, sometimes I say something and then forget what I said just ten minutes later. Happens all the time when I’m talking to my husband; I’ll say something and then he’ll respond by saying “that’s not what you said ten minutes ago.” And he’s right.
She is not wrong.

If I was a betting man I'd bet on Florida in 6.

I think the Leafs are deflated, especially with Matthew's being utterly ineffective. How can you keep your mojo when your captain can't gogo?

Benoit dropped them with Deslauriers and Olivier. He is willing but limited in fighting ability. If he fights Gadjovich there should be a reason for it, his odds of winning aren't great, the momentum could go the wrong way.
If he fights Gadjovich his odds of “winning” aren’t great? Did you mean his odds of “living”?

Domi not being suspended means Tkachuk has an opportunity to put his money where his mouth is. Let's see if he goes after Domi for the hit or shows his true colors and leadership ability and goes after someone else.
I’d rather he go after someone that actually does something on the ice. Nylander would be the only one that fits the bill on the team.

Because they are SOFT. Nylander looked like the Ovechkin Xbox dead controller gif from years ago, as he was just gliding in to watch the goal. They are Charmin soft. You think Marner, Nylander, or Matthews will hit when the puck is rimmed in? That’s the difference between the two teams.

Samoskevich said it best when he made the Panthers squad. He said he had to add the hitting to his game, which he never did before in the past.

With this much hatred we all deserve a game 7 and I don't think there's any way it's not going 7. Home team is going to win every game now.

So allow Tkachuk to lower his quality of play to that of Domi rather than being a leader and going after the person that made the hit? Then again, Florida did cheap shot Hagel rather than settling things the old school way and dropping the gloves.
Makes perfect sense to me.

The playoffs are kind of just starting now. The tear and wear begins to hit hard. It really is a game of small margins and this can go either way.

I still like Panthers' chances better because of depth.
