None of that is relevant. The point is simply that there is no momentum from one game to the next. The Leafs could win 7-1 tomorrow night and it would equally have no effect on the outcome of game 7 (assuming no injuries, changes, etc.). The Islanders were throttled 8--0 by Tampa a few years ago in a game 5, and then won game 6 in overtime. I expect the same in this series.Florida scored four goals in the previous two games last year and headed home for game 7 where Toronto has scored 1 in their previous two games and going on the road. They aren’t the same.
