My hope for this game is that Engelland or Murray makes Martin eat his teeth.

Martin needs to be a target this game, since according to Isles' fans he's basically the extent of their muscle.

pregame skate is about to start. I'll only be posting tweets from @Penguins or @Molinari, if people want other ones, feel free. I'm going to try to keep my spam down. Will also filter out all "irrelevant" information, such as who the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd players on the ice are/were, unless those players names rhyme with Kidney Brosby

Awesome GDT! I'm a little worried about the Isles running people to prove themselves. I'm also worried them playing it clean and coming out like a house of fire in the first 10 mins, especially Tavares bc the kids world class talent and we beat on him the last game. We need to keep our calm, stay out of the penalty box and focus on the W. Let's Go Pens!

James Neal and Brooks Orpik appear to be the only Penguins missing from the game-day skate, which is about to begin.

Crosby skating with Kunitz, Dupuis at #Penguins AM skate. Read into that what you want.

Great GDT! Let's win this one. This has to be Game 7-like effort because you can start placing the dagger in the Isles right now. We have been a great road team and will only need 1 if we get this victory. Looking for guys like Morrow, Murray, Eaton, Martin to just do their business like they did.

And if Beau gets a top 6 shot today, it just shows you how damn hard this kid worked all season to take away his rookie status. I have so much respect for Bennett. I hope he has one of those special playoffs where he just lights the lamp all the time.

He's also working the first PP. Seems like a normal gameday skate, which he said would be a good indicator...

If Crosby isn't playing tonight, Pens are doing a good job of indicating otherwise.

It's really amazing what he's done this season. Crazy how much things have changed from the start of the season when the top 6 winger choices were Kunitz, Dupuis, Neal, and a black hole. Now there are three other legit top 6 wingers in Bennett, Iginla, and Morrow.

Our top 6 is sick without James Neal. I wouldn't have believed that would be possible just a couple months ago.

This is odd, to me. If he was NOT healed enough to play in game 1, I find it hard to believe that a mere 36 hours later, things have changed so much that he's good to go...

I guess we'll see; I hope he is.

Meanwhile, any news at all on Neal? Obviously, he's not in the game-day skate, and not skating with Kadar, and obviously the team won't say anything official...I hope it's not longer-term for him...

It's pretty nice that when you're missing a top 5 power play goal scorer in Neal, you can just plug in Kunitz to your PP #1 who's also top 5 in PP goals.
