Yes, this is honestly what I don't like. There are no "conspiracies" - but who wants to see an exciting Game 7 decided on ticky-tack penalty calls and special teams?

Teams also used to successfully kill penalties. It feels like teams are converting 75% this round. It’s bizzare.
