IT's not a pass. A pass indicates intention. Deflecting off a finger tip is not a hand pass.

Lol, this league. That was hardly the intention of the rule. Only way to even see the puck touches Debrusk‘s glove is to slow the camera down. It was not a hand pass, it brushed his hand. Just one more example of video review destroying sports.

I agree. I'm cheering for Florida and I think its a good call by the rules but overall this kind of thing needs to go away. Maybe offsides if they score on that very rush, but otherwise I don't care about these subtle things.
