Huge road game to win. Bruins struggled to get any real flow or penetration in their 5v5 offense through the first two periods, crowd and officiating were against them, but they dug deep and got the W anyway. Great effort, Sway was amazing, the D held firm. Thought Lohrei and Wotherspoon both came in and did a good job. A gutsy performance all-round. Bring on Game 4!

Very opportunistic game from Marchand. didn’t have it for a lot of the game but he was able to string it together enough in the third to make the difference

I thought Pasta was pretty good, nothing to show for it.
Lohrei had a scary turnover late, but I thought he was pretty good.

Did not have a good first half of the game but man did he come alive in the second. Was all over the place.I posted this in the pregame thread. I’m glad he listened to me.

Marchand and Swayman put the Bruins on their backs tonight against all odds with the refs doing their best to assist the Leafs. The special teams were dominant and the compete level much better. Swayman had better be back in the nets for game 4.

I like this better, cause the leaf fan meltdown is just so much more entertaining.
Them having hope just for the team to disappoint them is my favorite thing
What I love the most is that they shut that obnoxious crowd down. f***-em!
Slow first 30 min or so, but they rallied and played a really good 3rd for the most part. had to hold on too much in the final 5.
Frederick had an excellent game. The goal, and really fighting for the puck in the offensive game. Woodstock stepped up big to set up the 3rd goal.

What a game. What. A. GAME. The refs did everything to give it to Toronto. Luckily we didnt give up. Forechecking makes a difference. We got to keep that up. Sway was a brick way. Jake DeBrusk continues to show why he's still here. He was once again relentless tonight. Forechecking. Defensive plays. Great goal. He had like 7 or 8 hits. A great playoff performer. Freddy stepped up tonight. We needed that tying goal. Marchy was awoken and oooh boy at the right time. We needed that, he needed that. Going forward we need that. I hope Pasta can get going too. Hes getting crushed by these hits. Time to go after their players.

I've heard Leaf fans called a lot of things but clairvoyant hasn't ever been one of them. But somehow after the Leafs opened the scoring they knew who the 1st Star would be. SWAYMAN! SWAYMAN! SWAYMAN! SWAYMAN!
