I actually liked Tallon’s “blueprint” plan when he was first hired. I fell for the bait n switch. The blueprint was actually more like an I-95 or Turnpike project, never done, not even close, and rarely worked on.

So true. For the third season in a row, Panthers only get to the ECF because they cheat, get the calls, and Bettman favors them. Any other team with Barkov, Reinhart, Tkachuk, Bennett, Verhaeghe, Marchand, Lundell-Luo-duo, Forsling, Jones, Roidblad, Mikkola, Kuli-god, and Bobrovski, plus a goon fourth line and a very deep bench wouldn’t even make the playoffs.

Wasn't worried at all about the Lightning or Leafs, but Canes will be a much tougher test. They are basically like a lower skilled version of us. And in the playoffs hard work beats talent.

We're the favorites again, but damn that's a good Canes team and they will be bringing it this series. Even if we make it out, we're going to be super banged up because it's going to take everything you get through these guys.

There are not passenger on that team, they are a well oiled machine, so, I am anxious about it.
