He’s shown great flashes here and there, but he’s no where close of how good he was last year. It was to be expected though. He was just unreal and his level of play wasn’t sustainable.

It doesn't matter. The team played that sequence horribly and Verhaeghe's effort was just flat out lazy. You can't blame the officials for the team phoning in a critical period.
