Yeah, it was a bad deja vu of the days we used to come in here and it would be a gong show.
Being down 4-1, not our greatest game, but we showed a lot of character coming back.
But they did a great job of turning it around on us and having a quick four on three and making us pay.
- Dan Girardi

We got pressing a little bit and we want to try and get back in the game and start making plays that aren’t there and you get out of whack.
It was a crazy second period. We haven’t had a period like that in I don’t remember. We just weren’t able to grab a hold of it.
- Marc Staal

If there was a positive, the fact that Stepan was able to, under those conditions, play such a strong game was one.
That whole line was good. We need to get the rest of our group to play the same way.
- Alain Vigneault

it's 9am here and I'm already full of adrenaline. Have to channel that into something meaningful, start training for a Marathon or whatever. Invited some friends over for the game. Gonna be fun, I hope. The Rangers usually suck when I gather a crowd of more than 4 people, though.

Also, I heard about this new trend of "playing team defense". It's a thing. We should totally try it at some point.
LGR.

Not gonna be able to catch the start of this game... Smh. Should be able to catch all of the third though, and maybe the second if I can get off work early.

Each and every Ranger better RAISE HELL tonight! Every player! Each and every fan at MSG, at home, NA, overseas! RAISE HELL!! Go loud, go all out! I sure will!

Today will be that day! Right now, right here, in our house! Time to come out as champions!!

Nothing to say here that isn't obvious. Need this one.

Keep the legs moving, support each other on the breakout. Smart decisions with the puck. Win 50/50 battles.

LGR. Put it all out there tonight. Brass line needs to come up big tonight. They have been our best line all year. Creative and relentless.

Raphael Diaz will score the GWG tonight. Montreal trades Diaz to Vancouver for Dale Weise. Vancouver trades Diaz to the Rangers for a 5th round pick in 2015. John Moore gets suspended for hitting Weise. Diaz replaces Moore in the line-up.

So, here's the dilemma:

I've worn a certain jersey for every elimination game this year and the Rangers have won while I was wearing this jersey every time. Do I wear this jersey tonight or does is squash the mojo because it's not an elimination game?
