Wasn't Lundqvist 24 when he started?
I feel more nervous about this game than game 1 I think

Rangers biggest enemy will be finding a mental edge tonight IMO. Would like to really see some killer instinct and not let the Habs off the mat.
As others have stated it will be really interesting to see what the Habs do defensively. Pit and Philly both eventually dropped back to hold the blueline, forcing the Rangers to enter the zone on skilled plays or executing a dump and chase. The latter would have been near impossible with Price. But more interestingly Montreal thrives when their D (especially PK/Markov) are attacking and looking to transition. Being rocked to adopt a more defensive posture could hurt that part of their game which had been a signature strength. It will be interesting to watch how they adapt.
Rangers just need to come out and play their game. Take it to them hard, and early.
Pierre mentioned something earlier about how during the morning skate, right before it was over…the rangers had a meeting all together at one end of the ice. No coaches, just the players. He mentioned how he hasn't seen a team do this all playoffs, and they looked extremely focused and ready.

Pretty clear Kreiders skate was hit..even though MTL fans will say it's photoshopped. How can a stick bend so much?
I just want our guys to protect lundqvist. You just know they are going to go on a revenge trip even though kreider didn't mean to do what happened to price.
They are starting an unproven goalie, In a hostile enviornment at home over a budaj? What the hell? Talk about a leap of faith.
Stick flex.
