Honestly, Jokiharju's goal should be counted as a missed shot since it would have gone wide of the near side if Dostal hadn't lifted and moved back the net.

It's crazy how they fall apart as soon as they're in contention and there's some pressure, but as soon as they're out..

I mean, they were in the coveted playoff position Thanksgiving week thing and then just went south. It also happened to be with Dahlin on the sideline and losing their top PKer in Greenway... to which the front office did nothing but talk about palm trees and state income taxes. Maybe a proactive team willing to adapt in the moment to the situation would have made some sort of move with their scads of futures (including draft picks) to shore things up then.
