The Ducks recently had a GM summitt. During this summitt and with the results of the season, it became apparent to the GM, AGM, ownership, and sponsors, that the Ducks may not be able to contend for the Cup this year. Due to this and financial constraints, the Ducks are going to be going through a bit of a re-tool (not rebuild).

As the all star game approaches (Feb 2 as per the SimGod) the Ducks will entertain trade offers. However some will require a trade post all-stat game (Sedin, Pominville, Peverly, Ott, Emery).

This will not be a firesale. Ownership and GMs have clearly discussed the legions of fans and their desire to compete.

Me as a die hard ducks fan since 95, Knows the organization real well!! The Samuelies want a winning environment and they want another cup.!!! ******* who doesnt?
