And you disappeared when Mitch was putting up 2 points a game only to come back and complain that Nylander didn’t get his line mates over that stretch when he has a good game.
Some people can’t admit they are both good players who have good games and bad games.
lol I havent disappeared. I was posting all throughout those games. Marner got points via playing with Tavares and Nylander... on PP and odd man situations and empty nets and OT..most of them unintended passes.

Look at that, those same guys are the ones still producing now.

You know if you even attempted an honest argument and gave credit when it was due people might actually take you seriously
Everything ive harped and harped about Marner for the past 5 years, management and coaches have come forward this year and in some way or another acknowledged as problems with his game and that they are working on it with him.

Im just calling it as I see it. Saying hes been incredible is much further from the truth than what I say and I dont see you or anyone telling that to the posters who keep pumping him up to be this elite player. Even after all his failed postseasons.

If you were Florida fans, you would have been irate when Huberdeau was traded for Tkatchuk. Look how that turned out.

Lol...everything ive harped on Marner for over the past 5 years management and coaches have come forward that they are workinf with him on.

but i was criticized for years and now nobody acknowledges that what I have been saying has been accurate?

Lol..instead act like ive been wrong and am never positive? Theres no reason to be positive, ive watched him almost flush our best playoff chances down the toilet all by himself.
The guy was putting up 2 points a game when Matthews was out and you claim it was all off unintended passes to Tavares and Nylander. But sure you are just accurate and giving credit where it is due.

I’m sure if Marner had 1 hit on the season you wouldn’t have anything to say about that either.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the beginning of the year when he appeared to be at least attempting to go to dirty areas. Certain posters were seeing it too and tried to argue that "junior Marner was back! It was Keefe holding his tenacious side back" Of course! Well that was short lived and he mighy be playing the perimeter more than ever now.

Sure you gave him the benefit of the doubt. We will just ignore that you just said a guy put up nearly 2ppg in the NHL for an extended stretch by accident lol

Curious...why aren’t you demanding more criticism of Marner, when its deserving? There's a few posters who talk more about Marner than me (dont believe me, go read the Marner thread). Those posters will tear apart a "washed-up" Tavares or call Nylander lazy, but Marner always gets a free pass.

I’d respect your opinion more if you held them to the same standard.

I do criticize Marner when he deserves it. I made a post in the last hour suggesting the Leafs best lineup Saturday has him on the 3rd line.
Unlike you I don’t have only 1 note when I’m posting.
