Rumor: Dubas has told other teams "everyone is available, except 87."”

If he trades Malkin I'm thinking Crosby is not off the table either. Crosby himself may say I'm out at that point. He re-signed after assurance directly from FSG that the Pens would be better and compete.
for this reason i dont think malkin and letang are available either

What’s the ask from STL for Geno? Blues desperately need another top line player, especially at C. Thomas is our only center who should play in the top 6, and he’s injured.

Plus, 2 years of term is perfect with Dvorsky on the way.
Malkin has been the best player on the Pens this year. Would want a 1st+prospect and assuming would need to take some cap back as well.

I’d give up a ‘25 or ‘26 1st that’s top 10 protected, Saad (hometown optics for y’all + cap), and a prospect for Geno. Wouldn’t include Dvorsky, Snuggerud, or Lindstein, but I’d listen on anyone else.

Dubas (along with Conroy and Guerin) were at the Sabre/Habs game yesterday.

I was hoping for a krebs for Eller based trade, I like Eller a lot and feel like he'd be a great fit with the sabres while the pens could give krebs (another) fresh start.

Can we interest you in a used acari instead?

Eller was rumored to be on the block during last years trade deadline with no takers. I was very happy with his play last season, but there is no way a team would of traded a first round pick for a third/ fourth line centerman who is a UFA and is 35 years old.

Washington showed that you can retool on the fly if you're management is competent. Pittsburgh seemed to have missed the last part though.

Although to be fair to Dubas, this is more on the previous two guys, Hextall and Burke

I literally don't care anymore after last night, dump em all and let sid play with an unretired Malone and Sam freaking poulin.

Send EK to Utah
Rust or Detroit
Makin and Petterson to Vancouver
Letang to Montreal
Bunting to Anaheim
Rackell to Calgary
Poolparty and acari to Florida

Take back any shitty contracts, underachieving young guys, dudes getting ready to retire, that you have to to get decent prospects and picks. I'll take zegra's one goal, evander Kane in a full body cast, Pettersons contact thats size is directly inverse to his effort and production this year. Who else you got, dump em on us. Id rather have a new collection of washed up rejects and clueless idiots then the current batch we have. At least there would be new faces to watch skate to the bench looking like they have no effs to give.

But whatever you do, dump Sullivan next.

It is just absurd they are talking about tearing down the team and every player is on the trading block when the go to move in pro sports is to fire the damn coach and see if his replacement makes a difference.

It is just mind boggling that Sullivan appears to be bullet proof.

It's been 10 years of Sullivan now. At this point I'm expecting Sullivan to outlast Crosby on the team.
