Pastrnak is crazy good. One of my fav players in the East. Draisaitl is also crazy good but bigger, faster stronger and plays multiple positions. Pastrnak is a top 10 player in the NHL right now easy.

Line mate argument in this case doesn't make much sense. Bergeron + Marchand is likely > McDavid+Kassian. Having Krug on the PP is also a pretty decent upgrade on Klefbom, offensively. Then again, I wouldn't hold any of that against Pasta like so many posters do to Drai on this site.

I'm voting Draisaitl because I think his overall game is better, but offensively they are both likely top 5 in the league.

Agree with this but I think in a vacuum, Draisaitl is a guy that you can build around more than Pasta.

Still the difference between the 2 would be any awesome position to have as a player for your team.

Draisaitl is a great hockey player, but Boris Pasternak wrote the novel Dr. Zhivago which is considered one of the most important works of 20th century Russian literature. Its hard to compare people across such different fields, but I think Pasternak made a more lasting and meaningful contribution to humanity, so I choose him.
Next poll should be Hemingway v. McDavid or Mozart v. Crosby.
