BruinsNetwork use to post here, too bad he doesn't anymore, because he has some very-good takes,
You’re missing the point but ok.60% of the time, we're either drafting 1st, or no worse than 5th.
Assuming we finish fourth, the only way to look at it is we get the sixth pick. Anything above that is us moving up. It’s the way the probabilities steer it.
And finishing sixth is fantastic.
Again, you’re missing the point of what I said.It is not. Not 60% of the time. The odds presently favor us in the 1-5 range.
This really deflated my excitement lolAssuming we finish fourth, the only way to look at it is we get the sixth pick. Anything above that is us moving up. It’s the way the probabilities steer it.

On lottery night when we see the teams revealed, I’m assuming we are the sixth pick. We have a 66% chance of being 5th or 6th. So if we end up 5th or higher I am looking at it as a win. I’m aware it’s only a 21% chance if sixth. It’s only a 15.4% chance of staying at 4.I mean, ok? You can explain.
Because really nobody should assume we have the 6th pick. It would be against the odds to fall to it.
At worst we would get the 6th pick at best we can win the lottery, but if we expect the 6th and end up higher its a win. Is what I believe he's saying.I mean, ok? You can explain.

It’s the absolute worse we could do in that scenario. I would love the highest possible, but I look at it like we are getting a quality player regardless. This really deflated my excitement lol
God I don’t want 6th
Might be the safest pick.God I don’t want 6th
lol right. “Should have drafted McQueen. Should have drafted Eklund” etc etc.Might be the safest pick.
Assuming the top 6 is set in the draft rankings, let the other teams decide who to pick and you take the one that is left over.
Then we don't have to spend the next 10 years reading about who they should have selected.

Death, taxes, …
NopeLet’s say bruins got choice 6 and the one of top 6 left is Desnoyers
Habs nation get wet when they think of him
If they offer choice 16-17-40-49
That would give bruins 6 choices in first 60 !
You do it ???
So if they finish 4th what are the odds of moving to 1st
No, only because I think its a huge drop off at those picks and it'd be fun to watch him tear up the Habs for years to come.Let’s say bruins got choice 6 and the one of top 6 left is Desnoyers
