And they will get talent.
No one looks to be ready for the NHL next season in this draft. Get the best player available, looks like 3-7 can go in any direction according to teams wants

still the lottery you have a better chance to get 1OA the higher you pick. Its just maximizing that chance.

Frondell could he is already playing against men. Same league as Pasta and while he didnt play every game his first year he was in up and down in providence learning the pro game. I can see the same route for Frondell
