NHL Draft lottery race - Bruins currently have 4th Pick

I would love for the Bruins to trade up to #4-5 pick but I could see Desnoyers go #3.

I agree, he seems to be everywhere on the ice, and we could use a French-Canadian centre again.

I had Shane Malloy from Hockey Prospect Radio on my podcast today and he says that Caleb Desnoyers is a slam dunk for what the Bs need, and he fits the mold with the club stylistically.

Episode drops tomorrow.

And as a kid he was a Bs fan!

Desnoyers or Frondell could be just wow! Frondell is the more physically ready of the draft and he s only 17 yo, Desnoyers is a winner every were he go he win, he's a complet player and i like his competitiveness, he's not far from the nhl too, in 2 years he could be the number one center of this team...

Can't go wrong with any of these guys. Definitely not as stoked on Martone. His skating looks pretty awkward to me and he's a bit the other top picks. If Sway keeps this up they could very well end up with one of these guys which would be pretty sweet

They’ll go into the lottery drafting 6th, the 7th pick will win the lottery and jump them, drafting the player that they wanted. Then they’ll go rogue again and take a no-name projected to be taken mid 2nd round, and laugh at us because they are the smartest guys in the room.

The odds are significantly against any single team in the top 6 getting the #1 pick.
SJ and Chicago combined have a less than 50% chance of winning. Boston has a legit chance at finishing with the #4 pick. If so they are getting one of Misa, Frondell or Desnoyers. I am not a fan of Hagens in the top 5.

I think Misa goes #2 so I am hopeful for Desnoyers as my preferred choice of the rest.

The Flyers coaching change has certainly helped the tank, we just have to do our part and keep losing, short term pain for long term gain.
