I think that the most likely scenario is that one team moves up in the lottery (not two) and that Boston is at 6.
I think you can be sure Schaefer and Misa are gone 1/2. If, as assumed in this exercise, what Chicago does at 3 becomes a really important pick because I would bet my house that Nashville and Philly are going C. If Chicago takes a C, it means that Boston is going to be looking at Hagens, Frondell and Desnoyers all being gone and looking at either a 1st rate non-driver in Martone or looking at O'Brien. That's such a scary place for the GM to be vs "just take the center that is left" if Chicago takes Martone.
