what can be a whammy on this, this isn't smoke this is fire that is showing up right now.

and even if the sharks received a 7th round pick in this trade, it is a plus in all regards. no more murray big plus, more demers bigger plus.

Hearing Pit needed/wanted "stay at home" defenseman. Murray will fulfill that need.

And I can't think the Sharks would want to trade him to anyone in the (new) Western Conference (as he's tough to play against).
