Well that was a fitting end to another forgettable year.

Flames brought it and our rag tag group couldn't keep up.

The org is going to have to ask some tough questions this off season. Yeah we have injuries but things seem to be going the wrong way. We are down to Wheeler as the only effective core 1 Jet and even he seems to be a commentary piece these days. In my opinion the org needs a new coach and a new direction.

I felt Maurice epically failed today. Sure he shifted his lines but he doubled down on the exact same PP and PK scheme that has been getting torched all series. There was zero adjustment and zero signs of logic with his PP tactics. I expect much better from an NHL coach.

He's going to get another chance next year and I can't say I'm looking forward to it.
