He's probably not available at all, but if he was, I imagine it would have to start with similar age or younger top 4 Dman on a good contract. Probably someone with some room to grow. Probably a LD too.

The other reason is the Hawks might get a team to overpay or get a huge return. And there is no guarantee he doesn't have a sophomore slump.
The possibility of a sophomore slump isn’t a good reason to trade him. He scored 30 goals this year. Sure, he could score 20 next year, but he could score 40 too.

I think the cost would be similar to what Saad got when he first was traded to Columbus. Roster player + good prospect or pick. Instead of Anisimov, they'd be targeting a top-4 defenseman most likely.

But Chicago's cap situation isn't what it was a few years ago. And they would probably move someone else before Kubalik.
