Does NHL.tv stream the WCH?

I may have missed all about this because I'm living in Germany, but was there any announcement whether NHL.tv will stream the World Cup of Hockey since the tournament is a brand of the NHL itself (presumably only with a subscription for the new 16/17 season)? For some reason I can't find any info about this and I find this a bit strange since the tournament will start rather soon. If NHL.tv does not stream it, is there an alternative for people outside US/Canada to catch the games?

And can we watch games On-Demand somewhere like we can on regular NHL games NHL.tv?

Can someone explain this to me?

There is a list of broadcasting on wikipedia (unofficial), it tells that Eurosport will broadcast the tournament in Europe. They don't list all the broadcasters there, though.
