His most consecutive seasons of averaging over a point per game is in jeopardy. 1 goal, 7 points in 9 games. More concerning is that he was held pointless in 5 of his 9 games.
I too assume how the first 11% of a season goes is indicative of the rest.

Just ask the Oilers last year.

He was pretty invisible against the Oilers last night (so was the whole Pens team sans Blomqvist). Just one game of course. But I don't see him having over 75 points this year.
