Do you Root For the Hated Bruins or the Hated Penguins?

In a vacuum, Boston is way higher on the NY hated scale than Pittsburgh. Plus, I rarely root for a team that just knocked my team out. But because of all the BS that surrounds the penguins, with the league promoting them to death and the officials seeming to always lend a helping hand, I am rooting against the penguins. Also for any team in the west to win it all.

Sadly, I will have to support the Pens in the East. I think they're actually kind of fun to watch. My West team, Minnesota, was sadly out a long time ago.
 
I don't mind the Penguins or Crosby. It's some of their fans that irk me. I'm rooting for them though.

When I was much younger, when someone would ask me if I was rooting for the islanders or flyers, I would always say I was rooting for the roof to cave in. :D

Actually hate the Flyers the most, that runs back to the early 70's
 
I'll be rooting for the Bruins over the Pens. I can't say I despise the Bs at all, I wish the Rangers played like them honestly. I really dislike the Pens and I will be fine with any team lofting the Cup except them.
 
Bruins were always hated more, longer history with them.Milbury in the stands sealed it.

Penguins are Nouveau Riche,they'd be in another market right now if Mario hadn't cried long and loud to the league.I take their "Passionate Fans" with a grain of salt the size of a safe.


I root for neither one, I'm on the Blackhawk bandwagon.
 
I don't like the Bruins, but I respect them. Can't say that about the Penguins. However, I'm pulling for the Sharks/Wings/Hawks.
 
Rooting for Boston, **** the Pens.

Rooting for whoever wins out of the west in the finals.
 
Boston. I like them. I love the way they are built and am envious of many of their special players. Pens are a division rival with tremendous talent that some would argue was built through rewarding mediocrity (wouldn't that be great considering the Rangers are the epitome of mediocrity). Their talent and PP is something I respect, however I hate their entitled fan base and hypocritical ownership. Though I am envious of them as well. It's hard not to be envious of all the teams remaining being a Rangers fan.
 
A Hawks - Pens finals would be fun to watch(a lot of talent on both teams), but I really don't care who makes it now !!
