Am I missing something about Skille? I admit I don't know a whole lot about him, but he's got NHL experience so I keep being surprised he isn't a call up. Is it a waivers thing? Or purely a positional thing with him being a RW?

The way some of our bangers play you have to figure they'll be on the shelf a lot. That's exactly what we have to do though.

I'm seeing a lot of comments that go something like "imagine how good we'll be when Calvert and Horton are in the lineup!" which seem to ignore that we'll probably be down a bunch of other players when those guys get back. Our top two scorers now - Wisniewski and Gaborik - are famously injury prone.

Noticed Jenner kind of skating back to bench "sideways" putting very little pressure on his left leg. Perhaps a groin, but not sure.
