I like the music the DJ plays at the Joe.
Where can I find out the music he plays?

And where is that guy who used to dance, Moe cheese or what was his name?

Thanks.

Are you taking about the electronic songs? They play a lot of good/newer electronic music I don't hear during other games.

I don't think there is a playlist publicly available but there is a smartphone app that will identify songs as they are playing. You could try emailing the red wings but they might think you are a copywrite lawyer lol!

Thanks. I will give it a try.

If you tell me what kind of music you like I could make some recommendations. I keep a pretty steady flow of new music going.

Or maybe we could share songs in this thread?

If you like electronic-esque stuff I'm currently listening to:

https://youtu.be/XUZSm_m15kg (guy is from Detroit)
https://youtu.be/ueaoJ9ppbJk (my favorite)

I'll try and embed them later. Y'all can judge me if you want, I'm sure some of you don't care for this type of music.

I also listen to other genres, if people wan to share other types of music.

The music at the Joe is standard popular tunes from the last 70 years. R&B, Rock, 80's, hip-hop, whatever. The new stuff is also top-40, not that hard to find.

Newer pop is heavily influenced by rap and the EDM movement. Detroit was a major founder of electronic dance in the 1980's. There's always been an underground, artistic nature at the source. It's about the spirit, the experience, and dancing. These DJ's are ultra talented, able to use songs for their own performance. EDM has taken over modern music, I like the direction it's evolved. If you're interested check out this party, great example of the roots and current scene:

5 hours is a good track. Is that a real thing, it being Tatar's jam? God I love that guy, score some ****ing goals.

Yea, that list is lacking some songs for sure, I've definitely heard some Martin Garrix and Dimtri Vegas & Like Mike played at the Joe this year.

That's a list by the DJ of the Wings. Probably closest you'll find. Missing from the list is a personal favourite of Tatar's and mine...

Five Hours by Deorro

Also came across this today:

Anything you can describe about the song to help point you in the right direction?
