He's cheap enough they can waive him with no cap penalty.

A player like Dickinson is not good use of the Penguins limited draft capital.

If there's a player(s) for player(s) swap to be made, I would be interested.

Dickinson wouldn't be a terrible add for the Penguins, but i don't think that sort of piece should necessarily be the priority either. Especially when we all saw how terribly he fit in Vancouver. That makes him a risky acquisition. Even if, on paper he's a perfect deadline addition.
