These last two games we have been plain bad. First time since way at the start of the year where we've been legit outplayed multiple games in a row.

Sometimes you get outplayed, oftentimes you lose those games. When you do win it's pretty sweet

I agree he has something to prove, but I think it should be Mrazeks net for the next little while. It’s been Campbells net all year and he’s been a bit shakey lately we should give Mrazek a shot to show what he has before we get into playoffs where the games matter

No chance they strip JT. Matthews only fault is he was a kid when Tavares came along. He seems like 100% captain material now, was just immature but hes grown so much as a player and a person. His game, attention to detail, effort on D, being physical he stepped it all up. A legitimate star, something we haven't had since Sundin.

Do you know who else is outscoring their problems? Florida. They've allowed 17 goals in the last 5 games but are 4-1-0. Leafs have the same record while allowing 18 goals.

It happens during the season. Just glad the Leafs are winning these games.

It's nice that the offense was able to carry the goaltending to another win but at some point we are going to need the goaltending to pull their heads from their asses and make a scattered save so that 5 goals isn't required to win

It makes you appreciate Muzzin more. Even at 30%, he's still incredibly important to the team.
I still think you try Muzzin with Liljegren with Sandin-Holl doing good. Even with Lilly's dip, he's outplaying Dermott

Took a look at natural stat trick. Leafs basically went from Habs in period 1-2 to stanley cup champs in period 3. Talk about mood swings.

One of these 2 has to start playing like an NHL goalie again you can't keep need, 4 or 5 goals to win every night mistakes happen you need a save

I don’t get comments like this, of course any leaf fan should be pumped leafs came back to win, but it’s also equally normal to criticize that the last 2 games were not very good games for a team that has shown their wayyy better. How is that being a hater?

Honestly our D didn't look much better with him, but he gives us options.

Personally I'd slot him in as the #5 with Lilj/Dermott based on the game for now. I like how that Sandin - Holl pair looks.
