I was wondering about this too, if there was any other way around that? I guess from the Leafs front office perspective its a win-win. If Mrazek plays decent in the next little while until Campbell comes back, maybe this time he gets picked up when sent through waivers. This would save the leafs a lot of cap space for the future. In the short term Kallgren can serve as a backup to Campbell (I am counting on Campbell getting back to being Avg. at the very least). If he doesn't get picked up, then they have a decent backup to Campbell. So win-win.

Why would I be overly worried about a team that is pacing for a franchise record in the standings points wise, and looking to finish top5-8 in the standings? Every team has their question marks, it’s certainly not fluffing anyones nuts.
If following the Leafs makes you unhappy, why not change to following a team that will make you happy. Or stop following hockey for a while until there is a team that cheering for them makes you happy.
