It's not consistent because it's too streaky, don't you see, ZBC? When Meier goes on a heater to end the season, it'll be nice, but it won't be consistent.

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Hard to believe in this team with this run. I no longer think we need 2 forwards, we need 3.
Haula, Palat, Mercer, Lazar, Bastian, Tatar all are pretty much useless.

Haula and Lazar, yes, but the rest are fine with better support, as we've seen with Palat, who is playing fine. Mercer I haven't given up on quite yet.
Palat is somewhat productive because he plays with Jack and Bratt. How many times has he fumbled the puck and destroyed a chance or in-zone possession? Many.

I think that they need 1 center and 1 winger. Now, given the deployment of Casey and how they seemingly feel about Nemec, I think they will be trading for a depth DMan as well. Are we able to get all those things? I'm not sure.
However, the league seems wide open to me this year. I know the Jets look unstoppable, but that team always tends to stumble in the playoffs so I don't trust them. The Caps as the best team in the East still for some reason do not scare me. if Florida is missing Tkachuk, they aren't a serious threat IMO. etc etc

Casey played 9 minutes last night lol
having three DMen play nearly 23 minutes in a random February game is not a recipe for success. Just let the kid play. The schedule the next week or so is brutal, as they have 5 games in 8 days including tons of travel.

how can you be such an advanced stats nerd but bury your head in the sand when it comes to Palat?
OTHER than his actual production, Palat has been horrendous. But why are you allowed to say “yeah well at least he’s producing points consistently?” while at the same time scoffing at people who don’t like Meier’s production? You can’t have that argument both ways just because every time you click “submit” you do it with a snicker and a misguided sense of superiority.

You can acquire a depth dman for a mid round pick. I don’t think acquiring someone like that is going to effect our ability to improve at forward.
